Hello, I'm Hera. After graduating from the University of the Arts London (UAL) and spending several years working there, I embarked on a journey as a freelance artist. Now, I dedicate myself to exploring the world through color and brushstrokes, bringing each unique vision to life.

What happens after I fill in the live wedding painting/illustration contact form?
I will be in touch shortly to discuss further details. If you're happy to proceed with booking my service, we can arrange a phone or video call to go over everything and ensure all your needs are met. Once you are happy with the plan, I will secure the date for you by taking a 10% deposit. You can contact me at anytime if you have new ideas and thoughts before your wedding day. The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks before the event.
Which areas do you cover for live wedding painting/illustration?
I am based in London but I would love to travel anywhere in the world to capture your special moments.
For weddings within 50 miles from central London, there is no extra travel cost. For locations further away, a travel fee will be determined based on the distance.
Can we request specific moments to be painted?
Absolutely! While the ceremony and the first dance are among the most popular moments to be painted, you are welcome to choose any moment of your wedding day that you’d like captured.
Can I add more people to the live wedding painting?
Absolutely. You can have up to 4 people/pets in the painting without extra charges, and if you want to add extra on top of that, it will be £100 per person/pet added.
My wedding will be a short one, can I still book the live painting?
Don't worry about it - just let me know the duration of your wedding, and we can discuss the best options for you. For instance, I can create a smaller-sized painting that can be completed in a shorter amount of time.
Can I book you for an event other than a wedding?
While I specialise in wedding paintings, I’m more than happy to provide my services for other types of celebrations, including private and corporate events. Just reach out to me, and we can discuss further!
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If you wish to make any changes or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will work with you to explore options. However, I cannot guarantee availability for rescheduling.
If you need to cancel your booking, please note that the 10% deposit is non-refundable.

What do you need on the day as my wedding painter/illustrator?
On your wedding day, I will bring all the necessary materials and tools. If you book my wedding painting service, I won’t need anything from you! And if you book my illustration service, I will only require a table and a chair to work comfortably.
Can you paint from a photo of a wedding that already happened?
Certainly! I accept commissions based on any photo you select, including those from past weddings. This option is also more budget-friendly since I can complete the painting in my studio.
Just be sure to request permission from your photographer if needed.
Do you offer framing service?
While framing is not included with the purchase of my artworks or services, it can be easily arranged for an extra fee. Please contact me for more details.
When will I receive a commissioned painting?
The delivery time for your commissioned painting will vary depending on its size, complexity, and the materials used. You can expect to receive your artwork anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months after payment. Larger and more intricate pieces may require additional time, as will oil paintings compared to acrylic or other media.
